Vasantha Tool Crafts has been established in 1989 and so far successfully designed & manufactured more than 1000 precision moulds, "Fully Hot Runner Moulds & In-Mould Closing Moulds" of high productivity and high cavitations for various applications such as Switch Gear, Electronics, Home Appliances, Medical, Writing Instruments, Caps & Closures for pharma, cosmetics & health care segments.
With highly qualified people and years of tool room experience, Vasantha Tool Crafts has a proven track record of converting customer needs into superior end products in time. It has been catering to a wide customer base of blue chip companies such as Unilever – Global, Hindustan Unilever Limited, P & G – India & Global, Henkel, ITC, Colgate, L'OREAL, Marico, Emami, Godrej Sara lee, Philips Plastics, Siemens, Delphi – Germany, Larsen & Toubro (Switch Gear & Medical Div.), Schneider Electric (India, USA, Mexico), Nippo, Faber-Castell, Link-Pens etc.
In order to give trouble free products to our customers, all the moulds are extensively tested at our moulding division, M/s. Renuka Plasti Crafts Private Limited, a sister-concern of Vasantha Tool Crafts, with the state-of-the-art microprocessor controlled injection moulding machines of Husky, Engel, L&T Demag and Cincinnati Milacron.

DESIGN
Excellence begins right at the design stage by experienced designers who are assisted by latest CAD/CAM equipment work stations’ and software tools like Pro/ENGINEER – Wild Fire 4, Auto Cad - 2007, Unigraphics - NX4, Mold Flow Analysis – 6.2 version. All our moulds are designed on powerful CAD/CAM workstations, which simplify the process of understanding customer detain a variety of file formats like IGES, VDA, DXF, STEP, DWG etc. The CAD/CAM work stations that are integrated with our high-end CNC Machining tools, ensuring VTC’s guarantee of cavity-to-cavity and mould-to-mould component interchangeability

MANUFACTURING
The ultimate quality of any injection mould is very much depended not only on design, but also on construction of the mould. VTC’s years of experience in variety of manufacturing processes lead to calculated and practical applications that help our customers meet their specific needs. Our engineers take into consideration all the processing requirements of the material specified to produce tooling of the very highest standard. VTC believes in selection of right processes, right materials to achieve desired levels of quality. High quality steels, wherever necessary, imported steels are used, keeping in mind the end use. VTC guarantees a minimum manufacturing cycle and a predictable outcome before actually entering into the production phase.

MOULD TESTING
VTC has a moulding shop, in the name of Renuka Plastic Crafts Pvt. Ltd., having ISO 9001:2000 certifications, with the state of the art micro-processor controlled injection moulding facilities for validating the moulds manufactured and to undertake the production of Plastic components. We have hands-on experience in processing both commercial and engineering materials in transparent, opaque, glass filled or reinforced grades. RPC has moulded a variety of products from thin walled components to engineering items and supplied large quantities of threaded caps by using its fully automatic unscrewing moulds.

We have expertise in making moulds for a variety of industry ranging from Caps & Closures for Pharma, Medical to Electrical items such as MCBs and Handles to the Electrical Switch Gear industry and Sockets, Thumb Wheel and Connectors to the Automobile industry to host of other industry segments like the Packaging, Health Care & Medical, Home appliances, Food Grade and Writing Instruments items etc.
