HEATER MIXER

Is a simple physical mixer used to mix solid components. Frictional heat generated during the process is utilized for mixing and hence known as "HOT MIXING". AC induction motor drives the mixer blade by V-Belt for efficient power transmission. We can deliver special application mixer as per customer's requirement.

COOLER MIXER

Is a combination to obtain high quality, homogenous mass production with economical cost.
Hot mixer will attain the required temperature in short period with homogenous mixing &
cooler mixer receive the discharge. Due to efficient and latest technique, the compound is
cooled to a temperature in shorter time than the hot cycle.
