Black Masterbatches
We also hold expertise in offering Black Masterbatches that are considered ideal for computer monitors and TV. To develop a quality range of black masternbtaches, we make use of flushing technique that is utilized with carbon black loadings up to 40%. These are manufactured using pigments that are available in fine state of dispersion and also find application in drip irrigation pipes and ROTO molded tanks.
 
White Masterbatches
White Masterbatches are manufactured using highly micronized grades of rutile titanium dioxide. They are offered upto 80% loading of titanium dioxide. They give excellent melt processing performance due to the fast diluting action with polymer melt. This leads to perfect mixing and high opacity in the white product. Highly micronized titanium dioxide has much smaller particle size than regular grades available in the market and therefore impart far higher opacity. From a wide range of white masterbatches offered ex-stock one can select the most suitable grade for highest quality and maximum economy.

Filler Masterbatches
We offer Mineral filled Antifab Masterbatches with high loading of Ultrafine Mineral Fillers in a Polyolefin base Resin. Minerals and base resins are carefully selected specially for PP/HDPE Woven Fabrics & Sacks application. However, it can be used in other applications also like Moulding, Monofilaments, Film Extrusion, Lamination etc. All  filler masterbatches have been formulated for ease of incorporation to any Polyolefin resin and acceptability for food contact applications. It is supplied in Pellet form (under water cut).
 
UV Masterbatches
 Exposure to sunlight and some artificial lights can have adverse effects on the useful life of plastic products. UV radiation can break down the chemical bonds in a polymer. This process is called photodegradation and ultimately causes cracking, chalking, color changes and the loss of physical properties.
 
Additive Masterbatches
The loading level of the masterbatch will depend on the final product & application. custom built master batches can be developed as per requirement.
