A recently developed three layer blown film plant with Oscillating Haul Off and Internal Bubble Cooling (IBC) system features an innovative placement of three hi-tech extruders at an acute angle, for compact & comfortable spacing.

The plant consists of two 60mm extruders and one 75 mm extruder, which is placed in middle. This high output film plant produces 900 mm LFW high quality film of 35microns at output levels of 250 - 300 kg/hr.

 
 
 
Main features include :
Max Output : 350 Kgs/hr at 1200 mm LFW on 400 mm die
Resin: : High metallocene (80 %) and 20 % LLDPE/ HDPE (slip & non slip).
Layer ratio : 1:2:1
 
 

The plant's sophisticated fully computerised touch screen operating
system (non contact ultrasonic) IBC Mechanism facilitates higher
output and optimum thickness randomization at minimum conversion
cost.

Other characteristics are :
• Separate Heat Exchangers for cooling of OBC air and IBC air streams.
• Tandem Blower arrangement for IBC air inlet and exhaust.
• Variable speed drives for IBC and OBC Blowers.
• Five lip internal cooling Air Diffuser.
• An efficient Oscillating Haul-off Unit provides excellent gauge
  randomization, improved Roll Geometry and Film Quality and
  360 oscillation for best gauge randomization. A Horizontal
  type Oscillating Haul-off with Slewing Ring Bearings
  provides excellent    stability.
• Specially designed Air Turn Bars ensure wrinkle free film.
• The plant's Fully Automatic KVP Winder is a sturdy construction designed to handle all    types of film including thin and tacky films

 
This automatic winder has unique properties like:
• PLC based sequence from new shaft feed and roll positioning to automatic unloading of wound roll.
• Ability to wind rolls upto 1000mm/700kg ensuring better economies due to longer uninterrupted runs.
• Precise web fuction & winding control tension.
