Kabra demonstrates their new large diameter pipe extruder using Borouge PE100
Kabra Extrusiontechnik organized a demonstration of their new 120mm extrusion line at their factory in Daman , India . Kabra is the largest manufacturer of plastics machinery in India today, exporting equipment to 62 countries, in addition to catering to the internal demand of the Indian processing industry. At this event, they were supported by Borouge and Corma Inc. of Canada , the manufacture of equipment to produce corrugated pipe or structured wall pipes for drainage and sewage.
Over 150 visitors from as far away as Kuwait came to Daman to witness the demonstration. Despite being only the second trial on the machine, the extruder ran very smoothly, producing good quality 1000mm PE100 pipes from BorSafe HE3490-LS black compound.
The demonstration was accompanied by a number of presentations:

Mr. S N Kabra, one of Kabra’s directors, welcomed the delegates and introduced a number of their recent developments, including the high output lines for large diameter HDPE pipe, twin die high output PVC pipe extruder and a new blown film plant of 2500 mm LFT.
