It is the responsibility of the contestants to ensure entries are received before the closing date at any of the 6 collection points. Evaluation, 5th & 6th Feb , 2009 Announcement of Winners-Feb 7,2009       • Each participant to receive a Certificate of Recognition • Plastic Recycling Champion Award • Special Association Award for Maximum Entries collected by any national or regional association from across the world. • Mentors of students who have won will qualify for special prizes.

For reuse / recycling plastic • Minimizing Material Waste. • Innovative design or idea promoting reuse / recycling plastic   Write up supporting the entry maximum 50 to 100 words in English or Hindi must be in own original words and font size 16 to 20 on an A 4 size paper Any secret matter or condition of restricting data from public knowledge will not be accepted.
Citizens young or old from any part of the world, industrialists, technicians, scientists, businessmen, teachers and students are expected to look at plastics , think & appreciate it?s huge potential for recyclability and enter the contest with a product or idea that shows value addition or creativity in material reuse or conveys energy savings or helps reduce pollution and waste.
