MANEK PLASTICS PVT. LTD. was established on 10th July 1989 Engaged in all precision works.
We are dedicated to Design and Development of best performance plastics Injection Moulds and cost Effective Production of Moulded Components.
We have over 20 years experience in Engineering Plastics that helps our clients to reduce the cost of production and compete against their competitors for better pricing, resulting in more business and thus increasing their profits.
Our Shop Floor, Raw Material Godown, Assembly Section, Quality Assurance Dept., Finished Goods Store, Corporate Office together cover an area of 20,000 Sq. Ft.
We have a very good know-how of working with all the thermoplastics like; ABS, ABS Glass filled, Acrylic, Nylon, Nylon Glass filled, Poly Carbonate, PPCP, HIPS, GPPS,SAN, Noryl, PP Talc filled.
We have in-house fleet of Six Injection Moulding Machines and arrangements for additional Moulding Machines if required. Our machine clamping capacities ranges from 35 Ton, 80 Ton, 100 Ton, 150 Ton, 250 Ton, 550 Ton and shot capacities ranges from 17gms to 2750gms.
We have a sophisticated Tool room facility available for manufacturing world class moulds.
We are very comfortable with the most Complex Engineering moulds Upto 10 Tons of weight, such as for Engineering Electronics, Automotive and Moulded Furniture.
