Lohia Corp offers a comprehensive range of circular looms for weaving light to heavy weight tubular or flat PP/HDPE fabrics for a wide variety of end applications.

Lohia Corp’s loom ranges from 4 shuttle for open mesh (leno weave) packaging fabric for fruits & vegetable, to 6 shuttle for a vast range of packaging applications such as cement, fertilizer, polymer granules, chemicals, grains, animal feed, seeds and husk; to 8 & 10 shuttle for the production of wide width fabric for Jumbo bags (FIBC’s), tarpaulins and geo & agro textiles.
It has advantages of the latest technology – higher operating efficiencies, excellent weaving quality, lower wastage, lower energy consumption, lower maintenance etc. making our looms the best choice for customers.

Our looms are available under four distinct machine models: nova, LSL, LENO and venti.

1) Nova series:-
Lohia's nova represents a new generation of looms for weaving tubular or flat fabric from PP/HDPE tapes.
In these, the tension of warp tapes is regulated by load cell controlled positive warp in-feed system which controls the speed of the inlet rollers during weaving as per set tension.
The fabric roll winder also has a load cell assisted drive to ensure uniform winding tension of the fabric throughout the build.

Available in two configurations of 6 and 10 shuttles, these looms offer solutions for weaving light weight as well as dense fabrics, of varying widths and a wide variety of end applications.

2) LSL series:-
Lohia’s LSL models represent the conventional circular looms for weaving tubular or flat fabric from PP/HDPE tapes.

Available in configurations of 6, 8 and 10 shuttles, these looms can be used for weaving light to heavy fabrics, of varying widths suitable for a variety of end applications.

3) LENO series:-
Lohia’s LENO 4 shuttle loom provides the ideal solution for producing high quality open mesh (leno weave) fabric for the packaging of perishables.

Used in the packaging of perishable goods like fruits & vegetables as well as firewood, ventilated fabrics also find application in sludge disposal.
