Lohia Corp’s bag conversion line consists of machines which provide solutions for conversion of a wide variety of tubular fabrics into bags. Different technologies are available for the production of bags depending on their end use as well as the type of fabric.

Our conversion line consists of five distinct machines, the BCS, BCS-Liner, Valvomatic, Blokomatic & LM 650.

BCS:-
Lohia’s BCS series is a high speed conversion line for cross cutting, bottom folding, sewing and finally stacking of finished HDPE/PP woven fabric bags in one continuous operation.
This machine can be used for bag conversion from plain woven (non-coated or coated) and leno fabric.
Special attachments for producing gusseted bags, perforated bags and bags with easy open top stitch are also available.

BCS-liner:-
BCS-liner is the latest addition our range of conversion machines.
It automates and replaces the manual process of inserting in the woven bags.

These Liner bags are used in packaging of hygroscopic materials such as sugar, salt, chemicals & minerals.

Valvomatic 40:-
Valvomatic 40 provides the ideal solution for producing both stitched valve type bags from tubular woven fabric.
Appropriate for working with non-laminated fabric, it comes with an option laminated fabric as well.
This new line, with servo & PLC control ensures high efficiency with minimal wastage resulting in considerable savings in manpower & materials.
