of Masterbatches and Additive Compounds, PBI has been supplying various colour masterbatches which give extensive colours to televisions, refrigerators and washing machines. These masterbatches are being used in injection moulded parts of television/ refrigerator models of different sizes and specifications. Similarly a choice of colour is specially used in washing machines.
PBI produces 250 standard colors suitable for all major processing methods, compatible with Polyolefin like PE, PP, EVA, etc. We supply universal masterbatches compatible with various plastics like HIPS, ABS, and Filled PP. A high degree of customisation can be achieved as per customer need.
Apart from white goods, PBI has been supplying to diverse market segments of injection moulding like automotive (additive compounds), food and packaging, crates & household articles etc with PP & PE based applications. |

PW D37/10/93 P offers high PHR (20-25 %) in HDPE and PP resins in Raffia applications with 22-25 % elongation. The filler grade has been tested under trail the results of which are as follows:
